Buses from Beijing International Airport with Bus Routes and Times
The airport is located just 20 miles or 32 km northeast of Beijing's city center and situated in the Chaoyang district, part of the Shunyi suburb.
Beijing Capital International Airport buses leave the airport on at least nine different shuttle routes to passengers from and to various destinations in Beijing. These nine bus routes include popular destinations like Xidan, Fangzhuang, Beijing Railway Station, which is the principle train station as well as Zhongguancun and Nanyuan Airport.
Inter-city buses from Beijing Airport include five bus lines operating between the airport and nearby Tianjin and Qinhuangdao City destinations; there are also inter-city connections to Tanggu, Langfang City, Boading City and Tangshan City.
Passengers requiring onward train travel should note there are 3 railway stations in Beijing: namely Beijing Railway Station; West Railway Station and Beijing South Station.
Passengers remaining in Beijing's metropolitan area can enjoy round trips between the airport and Xidan, Beijing Railway Station, Gongzhufen, Fangzhuang, Zhongguancun, Wangjing, Beijing West Railway Station, Shangdi and so forth by boarding the airport shuttle.
Local buses from Beijing Capital International Airport charge RMB 16 per person for a single trip. Coaches will charge for journeys between:
Beijing to/from Tianjin: RMB 80 per person
Beijing to/from Qinhuangdao: RMB 140 per person
Beijing to/from Langfang: RMB 40 per person
Beijing to/from Tanggu: RMB 90 per person
Beijing to/from Baoding: RMB 90 per person
Beijing to/from Tangshan: RMB 80 per person
The tickets can be purchased from the ticket offices at the airport, which are located at:
T1: at Gate No. 7 (inside) on level F1
T2: at Gates No. 9 to No.11 (outside) on level F1
T3: at the exit of Zone A, located directly opposite exit Zone C on level F2; next to Gates 5, 7 and 11 on level F1.

Coaches to and from the various cities around Beijing can also be boarded from the transportation center at Terminal 3. The following travel times are approximate:
Coaches from Beijing Capital International Airport to Tianjin take 2.5 hours.
Provincial Bus – Airport to Qinhuangdao, 4 hours
Provincial Bus – Airport to Tanggu, 3 hours
Provincial Bus – Airport to Langfang, 2 hours
Provincial Bus – Airport to Baoding, 3 hours
Provincial Bus – Airport to Tangshan, 2.5 hours
A free terminal shuttle service ferries passengers between the terminals. The service is available between 06.00 am and 11.00 pm every day and runs at 10 minute intervals. During the hours of 11.00 pm and 01.00 am at night the service runs at 15 minute intervals and from 01.00 am to 06.00 am in the morning the buses run every 30 minutes.
There are several different stops from where passengers can board the free shuttle bus taking them to other terminals: at T1 the bus stop is outside Gate 7 on level F1; at T2 the bus stops outside Gate 9 on level F1; at T3 the bus stops at Gate 5 on level F1.
